Notes:

Wondrous item, rare
While you blow an eagle whistle continuously, you can fly twice as fast as your walking speed. You can blow the whistle continuously for a number of rounds equal to 5 + five times your Constitution modifier (minimum of 1 round) or until you talk, hold your breath, or start suffocating. A use of the whistle also ends if you land. If you are aloft when you stop blowing the whistle, you fall. The whistle has three uses. It regains expended uses daily at dawn.

☐ Ghost Lantern rare DDHC-TOA-1 Tomb of Annihilation - Tomb of the Nine Gods Show
Notes:

Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement)
A restless spirit is trapped inside this lantern. While holding the lantern, you can command the spirit as a bonus action to shed bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet.
While holding the lantern, you can use an action to order the spirit to leave the lantern and duplicate the effect of the mage hand spell. The spirit returns to the lantern when the spell ends.
If you fall unconscious within 10 feet of the lantern, the spirit emerges from it, magically stabilizes you with a touch, and then quickly returns to the lantern.
The spirit is bound to the lantern and can’t be harmed, turned, or raised from the dead. Casting a dispel evil and good spell on the lantern releases the spirit to the afterlife and renders the lantern nonmagical.

☐ Black Root of Clathrus Archeri (Staff of Defense with the Wicked property) rare SJ-DC-PANDORA-JWEI-03A, Astheneia Show
Notes:

This staff’s shaft is blacked and rotted with several fungi grown around it ending with a red colored clathrus archeri at its tip.
When its user casts a mage armor with this staff, a translucent reddish purple colored arcane armor wraps their body with mycelial threads woven around the waist. If a shield is casted with this staff, it takes the form of a mushroom’s red cap.
Whenever the wearer of this armor is presented with an opportunity to do evil, they hear the soft whisper of a lady in an unknown language which numbs their moral, drives them a little mad, and soothes their empathy, thereby increasing their urges to commit the act.

☐ Scimitar +3 very_rare DDHC-TOA-10 Ruins of Hisari Show
☐ Kristina’s Whistle (Ghost Step Tattoo with Loud Quirk) very_rare SJ-DC-PANDORA-JWEI-04 Fenrir (Of Pandora, Fenrir, and Animal Companion) Show
Notes:

When the user blows this whistle, the ghost of a white wolf appears beside them (no mechanical benefit) and demands they spend one hour playing with him. Once done, the wolf becomes a wisp of blue smoke and sinks into the part of your skin where you want the tattoo of a most ferocious white wolf to appear.

Whenever a charge is expended, the ghostly form of Fenrir, a humongous white wolf, appears and lets out a deafening howl which sounds more like the roar of a dragon. Fenrir’s aura coats the user and turns them incorporeal until the end of their next turn, providing them with the mentioned benefits of ghostly form.

☐ Manual of Clay Golems very_rare DDHC-TOA-1 Tomb of Annihilation - Tomb of the Nine Gods Show
Notes:

Wondrous item, very rare
This tome contains information and incantations necessary to make a particular type of golem. The GM chooses the type or determines it randomly. To decipher and use the manual, you must be a spellcaster with at least two 5th-level spell slots. A creature that can’t use a manual of golems and attempts to read it takes 6d6 psychic damage.
d20 Golem Time Cost
1-5 Clay 30 days 65,000 gp
6-17 Flesh 60 days 50,000 gp
18 Iron 120 days 100,000 gp
19-20 Stone 90 days 80,000 gp
To create a golem, you must spend the time shown on the table, working without interruption with the manual at hand and resting no more than 8 hours per day. You must also pay the specified cost to purchase supplies.
Once you finish creating the golem, the book is consumed in eldritch flames. The golem becomes animate when the ashes of the manual are sprinkled on it. It is under your control, and it understands and obeys your spoken commands.
