If you are 20th level (or upon achieving 20th level) you may select the boon of immortality or the boon of planar travel from the Dungeon Master’s Guide. If you select the boon of planar travel, it takes you to the Brightwater: the realm of Ilmater and Sune in the Seven Heavens of Celestia.
