Rune Count. This moonblade bears 10 runes. Each rune represents multiple souls absorbed by Ali during his time as a lich.

Minor Property — Strange Material. This moonblade is forged from the spine of Scorch Zealot Ali Saladin, Steam Tender at Memnonnar.

Sentience. The blade is sentient, housing the amalgamation of all the souls Ali consumed. Its dominant personality is Doctor Andre Rathiman, Licensed Osteopath, Naturopath & Mystical Analyst. Rathiman’s goals are to oppose evil in every corner of the multiverse.

This moonblade has the following properties: The moonblade grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. On a hit, it deals an extra 3d6 force damage.

Thrown. The moonblade has the thrown property (range 20/60). Each time you throw the weapon, it flies back to your hand after the attack.

Enhanced Critical. The Moonblade scores a Critical Hit on a roll of 19 or 20 on the d20.
Spell Storing. The Moonblade functions as a Ring of Spell Storing. When found it contains Conjure Minor Elementals cast at 5th level.
Elf Shadow. The shadowy elf that is conjured has the appearance and personality of Doctor Andre Rathiman.

Desperate criminals and those condemned to death may pray to Levistus, the ruler of Stygia, for freedom; should he answer, they are transported here. For reasons known only to you and him, you are forever banned from setting foot within Stygia. Perhaps you redeemed too many souls, or maybe you were discovered to be in league with Geryon, the former ruler of this realm; regardless, Levistus has closed this layer of the Nine Hells to you. You cannot participate in further adventures in this place.
A character with this story award may visit other areas of the Nine Hells but has been banned from Stygia.

Contrary to its name, the crown does not actually grant any wishes. Instead, when the person wearing it feels strong emotion of any kind, the crown sprouts harmless, colorful flames from its pinnacle, with the color of the flames based on the wearer’s mood: red for anger, blue for sorrow, green for amusement, and so on.
