When messengers to the village of Dynnegall on the Isle of Moray go unanswered, you ventured forth to investigate. Along the way, you met Seren, a Llewyrr elf, going to find the fate of her son Andras who lives in Dynnegall. At Dynnegall, you found an abandoned village haunted by skulks, who were once those of fey ancestry who lived in the village. The Howling Disease had transformed them into creatures of the Shadowfell. You defeated the skulks and found Andrais’ secret laboratory where he was investigating a cure to the Howling Disease. Unfortunately, he too was infected and transformed into an allip before finishing his task. | You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon. An elven bow of excellent craftsmanship. Its limbs are carved from dark wood, with silver runes decorating its length. The silverwork seems to be part of an old elvish poem: “Seamless dreams tide through fleeting hands, as upon the wind she toils with a fellon thread, whispering mellowed breath upon bonds of silver.” This item can be found on Table F in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.
