You have wrested away part of Szass Tam’s essence. Specifically, this spark of energy was originally wrested from the vile lich himself, and grants one additional 9th level spell slot, provided that you already have one. This item can be found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide under the entry for Boon of High Magic.

There is an airy grace to your steps, and a subtle charm to your movements. In the face of temptation and stagnation, you held firm, and now walk with a spring in your step and a twinkle in your eye, a boon provided by Mystra on behalf of the Dancing Goddess.

As an action, you can touch a nonmagical object, or a section of a larger nonmagical object, that fits in a 5-foot cube. The target is reduced to dust. Once used three times, the charm vanishes from you.
