ā Javelin of Lightning
uncommon
CCC-SAC-04, One With The Storm
Show
Notes:
This javelin is a magic weapon. When you hurl it and speak its command word, it transforms into a bolt of lightning, forming a line 5 feet wide that extends out from you to a target within 120 feet. Each creature in the line excluding you and the target must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d6 lightning damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The lightning bolt turns back into a javelin when it reaches the target. Make a ranged weapon attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes damage from the javelin plus 4d6 lightning damage.
The javelin's property can't be used again until the next dawn. In the meantime, the javelin can still be used as a magic weapon.
ā Figurine of Wondrous Power (Silver Raven)

Language. The bearer can speak and understand the Giant language while the item is on the bearerās person.
ā Frost Brand Greatsword - "Quintessence's Edge"
very_rare
SJ-DC-WINE-01 Thunderstorms and Wine
Show
Notes:
The storm silver blade shimmers with icy blue runes; etchings of grapevines are wrapped about the hilt. The blade crackles with electricity with every strike.
ā Shard of the Cauldron (Strange Material Astral Shard)
rare
PC-DC-SB-BISH01 The Mill on Turley Hill
Show
Notes:
A jagged fragment of blackened iron, still faintly warm to the touch, etched with runic scars where it was violently sundered. The shard pulses with residual magic, a remnant of the infernal cauldron that once amplified the dark power of Morwen Bishop. When held to the ear, one might hear whispers of old curses, spoken in a voice both distant and too close for comfort.
Additional Lore: The Bishop Covenās cauldrons are legendary among hag-kind, not just as tools of power, but as anchors to their malevolent spells. This fragment, though broken, still carries a sliver of Morwenās essenceāand perhaps the attention of something far worse. Some say that a reforged Bishop Cauldron could serve as a vessel to resurrect its last owner, while others whisper that such artifacts act as beacons for other hags, who will seek to reclaim what was lost.
ā Talking Doll
