Weapon (longbow), rare (requires attunement)
This ancient longbow’s staff is fashioned from a thick, gnarled piece of yew and polished to a lustrous shine. The weapon (whose name means Shadowbreaker in Elvish) was once wielded by a legendary elven warrior
You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon - which can also be used as a quarterstaff. By whispering the bow’s name and firing an arrow at a point you can see within 60 feet, you can use an action to cast faerie fire (save DC 15). Once used, this property of the bow can’t be used again until the following dawn.

Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement)
While wearing this cloak, you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks. In an area of dim light or darkness, you can grip the edges of the cloak with both hands and use it to fly at a speed of 40 feet. If you ever fail to grip the cloak's edges while flying in this way, or if you are no longer in dim light or darkness, you lose this flying speed.
While wearing the cloak in an area of dim light or darkness, you can use your action to cast polymorph on yourself, transforming into a bat. While you are in the form of the bat, you retain your Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. The cloak can't be used this way again until the next dawn.
This cloak is made of hundreds of large, black feathers, and instead of transforming its wearer into a bat, this cloak allows its wearer to transform into a raven.

These boots are navy blue, featuring black feathers adorning the sidewall, and white embroidery in a feather pattern adorning the toe. These boots require attunement to take advantage of their magical properties.
While wearing these boots, you have a flying speed equal to your walking speed. You can use the boots to fly for up to 4 hours, all at once or in several shorter flights, each one using a minimum of 1 minute from the duration. If you are flying when the duration expires, you descend at a rate of 30 feet per round until you land.
The boots regain 2 hours of flying capability for every 12 hours they aren’t in use.
In addition, these boots allow the wearer to us an action to cause their voice to carry clearly for up to 300 feet until the end of the bearer’s next turn. The wearer’s voice takes on a distinctly bird-like squawking quality when using this minor property.
This item is treated a pair of winged boots, and it is on Table F in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.

This cloak is crafted from living leaves. It’s coloration changes with the season. Due to its connection with living things & nature, the wearer is slightly more alert than normal, granting a +2 bonus to initiative if the wearer isn't incapacitated. (Guardian minor benefit)

The ring appears to be made of smooth, gray, wooden thorny vines in the a. A piece of moonstone forms the center of the ring. When the ring's magic is activated, the wearer feels a harmless flash of pain as if his finger is pierced by a thorn - a drop of blood as payment to the Earthmother.

While in this saddle on a mount, you can't be dismounted against your will if you're conscious, and attack rolls against the mount have disadvantage.

Level 5 Item

Shining with a polished brilliance this golden headband never dulls. The sound of heavenly chimes can be heard when the wearer has a new idea.

The limbs of this longbow are made from hundreds of small octopus tentacles that chaotically twist and writhe when the mother of pearl grip is held.

A wooden shield materializes on the stone peg. Iron spikes protrude from the shield’s edges, and a cracked orc skull is painted in black on its outer surface. A legend lore spell reveals that the shield was crafted for Nimoar, a legendary human warlord who died in 936 DR. After his death, the shield disappeared from Nimoar’s Hold (a fortress that stood where Castle Waterdeep stands today), only to find its way here. Nimoar’s shield is a +3 shield with no additional magical properties.

The fireworks appear as tiny, colorful pixies, sprites & other similar fey & woodland creatures.
This wand is crafted from a smooth Mistletoe branch and has tiny intricate scenes of woodland festivities that magically activate when the wand is held. The wielder can command the wand to sprout a set of leaves & berries on the end, suitable for use in winter holiday traditions. :) The bearer can speak Sylvan while the wand is on their person. (Language minor benefit)
