Created from the nightmares of a person who holds audacity and vengeance in their heart, this item appears as a barrel with scratches and burn marks. It can be opened by splitting it horizontally across its body and is large enough to comfortably fit a tiny creature, but small-sized creatures can fit into it by squeezing.
When a user fully submerges themselves in water while holding or sitting in this barrel, it glows after a minute as it attunes to them. The closed ends of the barrel can then be struck as it functions as a Rhythm-Maker's Drum with the Harmonious minor property. If not done this way, attunement takes one hour.
