When activated, roc wings sprout from your back, though the wingspan is only 10 feet instead of a roc’s normal 200 foot wingspan. While smaller, the shadow they cast is of a roc’s full wingspan of 200 feet.* While wearing this cloak, you can use an action to speak its command word.
