His information says Nosnra was in service to the recently defeated frost giant Jarl Ryndolg and has kept his alliance with the Fire and Frost giants who were vassals to the late Jarl.

To prevent the coalition of Giants from rising up against teh good folk of Hartsvale, he desires us to raid the Chief's steading, kill the chief in his own den, and sieze any wealth or weapons to reduce the hill giants' capability for an organized assault on Stagwick.
