Destroying the mad Myconid Soverign Yestabrod in an effort to stop a ritual they called "The marriage of Araumycos to Zuggtmoy" (the Demon Queen of Fungi, "dread and fell ruler of the 222nd ghastly plane of the Abyss") While we succeeded in killing and even partially burning the corpse of Yestabrod, a large contingent of cultists retrieved it and still carried out the ritual.
