On a failed save, your alignment shifts one step toward evil (LN -> LE) and you start the game with an additional 1d20 + 50 gp. (15+50)

Background Feature: Noble -> Safe Haven, as required by Season 8 Faction changes Dastards in Thay have overreached themselves. Threatening thousands in Mulmaster and leveraging it to push around the nobility of Waterdeep, Amphail and the other powers? Distracting those august persons from caring for their own citizens because they must scramble to document all of their members of their faction, regardless of how deep the cover goes? There are sure to be some missed in the records. Paperwork is never perfect... and Mulmasterites will die for it. Curse those red devils!

The party travelled from Greenest to scornubel, Triel, then on to Elturel in search of Leosin Erlanthar, a monk, a Harper, and a decent fellow despite these challenges. +3 candy corn for liar's night
The party travelled by river barge from Elturel to Baldur's Gate to watch for the caravan of the Cult of the Dragon.
Bought Thieves Tools just in case Salazar signed on as a caravan guard with Edhelri Lewel - Merchant of exotic lumber. Pay is food and feed.

On the 4th day of travel, he must intervene with a cruel nobleman who is abusing his drafthorses. On the 10th day of travel, the caravan scouts report a herd of deer and a magnificent golden stag. Salazar & Zuli pursue and find the stag. He leaps away and they give chase. The Stag leads them to the ruins of a castle in the forest, where the stag addresses Zuli in Sylvan. A prophecy is given: "Continue following the river of gold to the castle in the sky. The path will be filled with hardship and blood." As he disappeared, he said, "Not all will survive..."
Salazar's companions had an eventful day. Other than a spot of archery while fending off some peryton, Salazar really didn't do much. Took my turn on watch, saw to the care and feeding of our horses.
