The Mayor hires me to show some adventurers the way to the Old Citadel. Offers me a fair sum if I can bring him a sapling or seeds for those magic apples the goblins sell us. Destroyed the last of the goblin presence, but only just survived with three of the four unconcious at the end. Rested, found some of the items of the Hucrele boy, killed a hobgoblin and his hunting rats, then found goblins who told us where to find the Hucrele girl and the hedge knight, as they are being held captive by the strange druid who lives in the caves beneath the citadel. Found Qual's Feather Token (Tree), several cleric spell scrolls, 2 spears, 6 javelins, a grappling hook.

Kwinn and companions enter White Plume Mountain to recover three legendary weapons from the haughty (and very naughty) wizard Keraptis. We bored a Sphinx, broke some golems, then killed a dwarven vampire. add potion of flight, potion of mind reading, and a Scroll of conjure minor elementals
Kwinn fought a werewolf wizard and her plain human boyfriend guard, then we tussled with an enormous crab that was guarding the legendary trident, Wave. After that, Eleazar figured out the superhaeting hallway the hard way, then Maron learned about "super tetanus" in the Frictionless hallway. This place is weird. + scroll of Dispel Magic, Scroll of Magic Mouth
The final WPM weapon, Blackrazor, was shoved under a couch, under an oni named Quesnef, in a room under an inverted ziggurat of fishtanks full of giant sea lions, crayfish, scorpions, and manticores. The party also discovered and captured the wanted bandit knight, Sir Bluto sans Pite, and just as we were about to leave, Keraptis sent two efreeti to rough us up. The party began the fight drained from the previous fights, but managed to use Whelm, all of our spells, focus points, and a fair few potions to send the giant elementals back to the City of Brass and limp out of the mountain lair.
In Reward for returning the legendary weapons Wave, Whlem, and Blackrazor, Kwinn selects the following: + 2x potions of Invulnerability, 1x Oil of Etherealness, 1x Potion of Healing (superior). 1x Spell Scroll of Raise Dead (5th) + Half-plate +2, Studded Leather +3, and the Blessing of Protection.
Alex found a haunted diary of a young serving girl once called Sarah. It was obvious from the outset that her murderer was her former employer, Lord Vialis Yellowcrest, or a member of his cult. Travelled to Waterdeep and found ourselves in a street fight with the lord's assistant, Faeryl. It was entirely self-defense and we managed to render his bodyguards unconscious and clear out before the city watch responded. Tracked Faeryl and Vialis to a village called Greenfast. In the basement of the ruined tower outside the city, we stopped his summoning ritual, as you do, and freed some locals they'd abducted. Found the ashes of Sarah and the Yellowcrest family and laid them to rest. Also purchased a carriage (-100g) and four horses (-200g) to convey us from Candlekeep to Waterdeep, out to Greenfast, and then back to Candlekeep. 1 potion of healing (superior), 1 chime of opening, 1 Spell Scroll of Teleport, 1 Spell Scroll of Counterspell and a spellbook with evil rituals called Retribution of the Ancients, but Kwinn gave his copy to Candlekeep.

Bastion Turn: Empower (-7 days) On its first build, you have 20 times your level in days (180) to add basic facilities, features, or enlarge (at or after level 5). Begin with one Cramped (4 sq) and one Roomy (16sq) facility. When you issue the Empower order to this facility, the facility’s hirelings conduct training exercises for the next 7 days. Any character who trains here for at least 8 hours on each of those days gains a benefit at the end of the training period. The benefit depends on which trainer is present in the facility, as noted in the Expert Trainers table. The benefit lasts for 7 days.

We put down a helmed horror, a wight, two gorgons, 5 displacer beasts, 3 thayan wizards, 4 apprentices, a gelatinous cube, and 3 black puddings. Exhausting work. -5 arrows destroyed by black pudding, Spent 100g on material components for Greater Restoration to revert Kwinn from petrified to flesh.
