3. Confident. The item helps you feel self-assured when borne by it in boat form.

* Detail from its History? 4 Ornamented. The item was created to honor a special occasion. It is Inset with gemstones, and a flamelike filigree adorns its surface.
* Minor property? 12 Song Craft. Whenever this item is struck or is used to strike a foe, its bearer hears a fragment of an ancient song. Unfortunately, its sung a bit offkey, in a dialect of Yakfolk, and is very catchy.
* Its Quirk? 8 Muttering. The item grumbles and mutters. A creature who listens carefully to the item might learn something useful.
