Mum and dad were servants in a mansion of one of the high priests, so we lived a modest lifestyle and didn’t want for anything. I always found it easy to make friends, and I loved being around people.

Growing up in a household with such strong religious convictions, Entering the service of one or more gods seemed natural. Torm gave me an unmistakable sign. After the magical conflagration faded, I realized that though I was unharmed, I was not unchanged. I began to exhibit unusual abilities that I am just beginning to understand.
