*Background Feature: Ear to the Ground -> Safe Haven* Word's hit the streets. Thay is gunning for the Factions and no one that's known to be a member is safe. Practically overnight, Eskane's criminal informants disappeared like ghosts. Bounty contracts are being cancelled and new ones placed that stipulate no faction members will be hired. This is bad for business. Good thing a life of chasing fugitives has given Eskane some expertise in these situations. TIme to saddle up and go find someone in charge to figure out what in the nine hells is going on...
