Sauin, Rider of the Night (Familiar) Unique Dungeons & Flagons Halloween Charity event false
This sleek, ebony cat possesses luminous green eyes and a mischievous air. Graceful and poised, Sauin saunters through life untrobled by the affairs of her lessers. When the mood strikes her, Sauin utters a delicate *chirrup* to summon a cat-sized, sorghum-bristle broom, perfect for flying. Sauin functions as a **tressym** and may be sumoned with the *find familiar* spell.
Gloomfen Manor Unique Dungeons & Flagons Halloween Charity event false
This charming, abandoned manor has definitely seen better days Fortunately, your long lost relative left it in your capable care. Located in the moors outside of Waterdeep, this… unique manor comes with cracked and rotting drywall, generations of spiders that have laced the walls with cobwebs of intricate design, boarded up windows that wail like lost children when the wind blows, statues that sing rowdy ballads at inopportune times, and a roof that is nearly collapsing upon itself. Mr. Kaupas, the ghostly butler who was caretaker of the manor in life, tidies up to tge best of his abilities (incorporeal hands make cleaning a challenge.) Due to the state of the building, **you must spend 5 downtime days between adventures** making repairs so the place doesn't fall down around you. In exchange, a variety of local mediums and thrillseekers pay hard coin to visit your manor while you're away, **earning you a tidy 10gp between adventures.** It's not much, but at least you have a place to hang your hat at night… as long as the hat rack doesn't walk away with it first.
