A mysterious note contracts us to assist in the search and salvage of treasures that belonged to the Cult of the Dragon Queen. We arrive at the rendevous to find our contact brutally murdered, but her belongings largely intact, including her notes on the treasure locations. In a cave a few days away, we discover a dozen goblins and an Ogre made oint-sized by a Enalrge/Reduce spell set as a trap within the chest. The gold is meager, but there are three vials tht have value, plus I adopted the cave's bearcub, though he too has been reduced in size permanently. Story award: Blooddrinker the Bear. Through care and patience, you now have a bear pet. She is, however, the size of a small housecat. She cannot attack, defend, distract, aid, or otherwise play any role in combat. She can be taught to do simple tricks if treated well and if you spend 20 down time days training her. + 2 alchemist's fire, 1 potion of healing
Exploring the second location from the dead cultist's map, we find a large ziggurat of stone set in a cracked field. A short tussle with wild giant badgers is escaped by hopping onto the structure, which isn't inanimate fieldstone after all. It is actually several bound galeb duhr including one named Prrt, who had a strange moss between his toes until the wizard scorched it away. The structure its had a dead stone giant at the top and your expected magic puzzle with a deadly thunder trap at the top. Less expected was that there was a tunnel under it at the bottom, through which several kobold had removed most of the treasure. What little remained was still enough for a decent payday. Story Award: Friend of Prrrt. You helped alleviate the suffering of a galeb duhr named Prrrt. It tells others of its kind of your kindness, garnering you a positive reputation among elemental earth creatures. As an action, you can attempt a DC 10 Charisma (Persuasion) check to convince earth creatures of the elemental type not to attack you. As long as you do not attack the creature or other elemental earth creatures, it targets others. This, however, does not protect your allies. You lose this story award if you attack or otherwise harm an elemental earth creature. + 1 scroll Comprehend Languages
Ragnar Redtooth, the innkeeper of the Golden Tankard in Parnast, offers coin to adventurers who are willing to hunt and return wild game to provision the town for a feast. A local boy, Wallace Cartwright, isn't much of a hunter, but leads us to the nearby Forgotten Forest. Within the forest we are confronted by Prince Thornacious, a sprite and the ruling fae of the forest. He forbids us to take any game from the Forgotten Forest since they are his friends, but provides to us a guide in the form of Blassios the Satyr. Blassios is an agreeable fellow and helps us locate some wild boar in the nearby Lonely Moor. Knowing our manners, we invite him to join the town in the feast and he volunteers to bring many barrels of wine as any satyr would. While taking the pigs as game, we are attacked by three gnolls who had their sights set on the same animals. Though we dispatched the threat easily, the gnoll's pack later tracked us back to Parnast and interrupt the feast. As the good folk we are, we strenuously object to their party crashing, killing the gnolls, the gnoll pack lord, and his hyena. Clean up is messy, but the town is safe and fed for the moment. Story Award: A Giant Challenge. You have earned the respect of Prince Thornacious. He challenges you to befriend a giant, as he has done with you, (Huge sized humanoid), without using charm effects. If you do, (DMs judgement), you may spend five downtime days to return to Thornacious, who uses Heart Sight to tell if you are true of heart. He bestows upon you the title: Adoness (Peacekeeper). This title grants you advantage on Charisma ability checks with good- aligned fey. Story Award: Defenders of Parnast. You have repelled the enemies of Parnast and instilled confidence in the people. You’ll never sleep in a barn again while in Parnast. Everyone opens their doors to you.

At the request of SEER and Hsing the pseudodragon, a small band of adventurers search through the Weathercote woods to locate the ettin Gralm and recruit him to ally with the people of Parnast against the armies of the hill giant Bad Fruul. This was achieved through a fair amount of drinking games and the elimination of some obnoxious unseelie fae dryads and the gnome enchanters that had summoned them and/or been charmed by them. There was a bit of confusion as a pixie tried to use us as cat's paws in a bid to eliminate Blassios the Satyr rather than the dryads, but our previous friendship with Blassios prevented disaster. Story Award: Satyr Training. Prince Thornacious has heard more of your great deeds through his servant Blassios. The latter invites you to come on a “vision quest” with him in the Forgotten Forest. If you do, you may spend 5 downtimes days to engage in revelry and seeking out your inner self. Once, if you fail a saving throw against poison, you may call upon your fey teachings to succeed on the saving throw, instead. Story Award: Greater Defender of Parnast. You have shown your selflessness time and again to the citizens of Parnast. Everyone opens their doors and pantries to you and you can buy goods and healing services with a 10% discount while in Parnast.
Story Award: A Giant Challenge. Doc spent five downtime days to return to Thornacious, who used Heart Sight to tell if you are true of heart. He bestowed upon him the title: Adoness (Peacekeeper). This title grants you advantage on Charisma ability checks with good- aligned fey. Story Award: Satyr Training. Doc spent 5 downtime days to engage in revelry and seeking out his inner self with Blassios the Satyr in Weathercote Woods. Once, if you fail a saving throw against poison, you may call upon your fey teachings to succeed on the saving throw, instead.
Hired out by a half-elven man named Teremachus who has been cursed into becoming part construct by an Archfae he knows only as The Toymaker. Tere managed to escape the Toymaker's shop in the Feywild's Domain of Delight, but his travelling companion, a half-elf named Breanna, is still imprisoned within the shop. Upon returning to the Feywild, the group discoveres that they are in a miniature scale compared to the surroundings, with the house of the Toymaker seemingly stretching for miles. The search made incredibly difficult by this vast scale and a need to avoid the notice of patrolling giant wasps, we finally manage to locate the half-elven woman trapped in a glass chest on the top of the workshop's counter, though it is seemingly thousands of feet above the floor. The druid Sylphrena was able to wildshape into a giant spider (giant to us anyway) and used her spidersilk to allow us to move to a nearby table where several toy vehicles lay finished and ready for purchase. The party absconded with these magical vehicles, narrowly avoiding the Toymaker and his green hag customer as we drove out the front door. Though we found no magic items or collectibles of value in the areas of the toyshop we were able to search, Terry did pay us a small sum of gold and we have the comfort of a good deed done.

Danifae Melarn, a grenadier of Bregan D'Arthe and one of the Delvers of Undermountain found this weapon in the study of Halaster Blackcloack himself, then spent eight hours etching an Opal of the Ild Rune into the Revolver. Seems like a lot of effort to go and lose it to an inveterate gambler in a game of cards, but that's the truth of how Doc came to own it.
