Born at home. Known parents. 3 siblings, Secondborn. The eldest & youngest are healthy, successful and care for the third-born, who was grievously injured at some time in the past.
Raised by grandparents after folks disappeared to an unknown fate.
Lived a wealthy life in a small home, but I had several friends, and my childhood was generally a happy one. My grandfather’s household was one of strong religious convictions, he being a priest of Deep Sashelas. Entering the service was just natural to me. I suppose it should be when you receive an unmistakable sign. I dropped everything to serve the Lord of the Undersea, mostly in the retrieval of knowledge from shipwrecks.
