A shadowy underworld figure has placed a price on your head for some perceived slight. At the start of every adventure, your DM secretly rolls 1d20. On a result of 1–5, at an inopportune time (of the DM's choice), an arrow streaks out of nowhere with a bonus to hit equal to the character's level and does double the character's level in piercing damage. In addition, the arrow is poisoned (Con DC 11 plus tier, failure: gain the poisoned condition for 1 hour). Each time you are shot in this way, your DM should note it below. Once you are shot four times, you may trade in this cert to Fai Chen for a discount of up to 300 gp on the purchase of a consumable. You do not receive change if the cost of the consumable is less than 300 gp.
