Now Wizard 17 and will pick spells sometime when I have the time. Took Tough for the feat. Spent 100 gp on Planar Ally, generated 100 with Alchemy Jug to break even.

4 hours, total of 21 in hardcovers. Leveled up as a Wizard 15, took Clone and Mind Blank as 8th level spells known. Cast Clone. Used a healing potion, bought another.

Completed a secret mission by helping Ulcaster return to his body and earning his gratitude. Copied a buuunch of spells from William C's character Ku and DaFront's character Simon (see scribing entry). Got an Orb of the Stein Rune. (Simon took the Opal of the Ild Rune.) Leveled up and picked Contingency and Otto's Irresistible Dance for my new spells. The vampire got away, but I made sure to grab a bit of her hair and possessions in case I ever need to scry on her.

Downtime activity: Vergadain's Firespirits. Spend 60 dt to craft a barrel of firespirits. Ain't nobody got time for that. Story award: Favor of SEER. Cash in for a 2nd level non-ritual Wizard scroll.
