This horn has 4 charges. When you use an action to blow it, one creature of your choice can hear the horn’s blare, provided the creature is within 600 feet of the horn and not deafened. No other creature hears sound coming from the horn. The horn regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn. This item is found in the Xanathar's Guide to Everything, pg. 137. This item is made from the talons shed by a gold dragon. It has been wrapped in thin threads of gold and platinum from the dragon’s hoard. It grows slightly warm when within 120 feet of any dragon. This item has the war leader property. The bearer can use an action to cause his or her voice to carry clearly for up to 300 feet until the end of the bearer’s next turn.

Requires Attunement by a Spellcaster This wand has 7 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast the fireball spell (save DC 15) from it.
