Quall’s feather token (tree) “FengHuang Feather”

This tiny object looks like a feather. Different types of feather tokens exist, each with a different single-use effect.

You must be outdoors to use this token. You can take a Magic action to touch it to an unoccupied space on the ground. The token disappears, and in its place a nonmagical oak tree springs into existence. The tree is 60 feet tall and has a 5-foot-diameter trunk, and its branches at the top spread out in a 20-foot radius.

“Warm-to-the-touch feather. Sigils of flames cover its surface. Shades of red and orange are the prominent colors.”

Guardian. The item chatters and screeches a warnings to its bearer, granting a +2 bonus to initiative if the bearer isn’t incapacitated.

Staff of Birdcalls “Dark Crystal Staff”
Wondrous Item, common
This wooden staff is decorated with bird carvings. It has 10 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 charge from the staff and cause it to create one of the following sounds out to a range of 60 feet: a finch’s chirp, a raven’s caw, a duck’s quack, a chicken’s cluck, a goose’s honk, a loon’s call, a turkey’s gobble, a seagull’s cry, an owl’s hoot, or an eagle’s shriek.

The staff regains 1d6 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the staff explodes in a harmless cloud of bird feathers and is lost forever.

Wondrous Item (tattoo), very rare (requires attunement)
Produced by a special needle, this magical tattoo features symbols of life and rebirth.
Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin.

If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears in your space.

Necrotic Resistance. You have resistance to necrotic damage.

Life Ward. When you would be reduced to 0 hit points, you drop to 1 hit point instead. Once used, this property can’t be used again until the next dawn.

The Fenghuang offers characters the gift to gain tool proficiency in Navigator’s Tools. Characters must spend 12d12 days in the abode of the Fenghuang to learn the tool or skill. 50 downtime days, 0 gp.

Magical Gift: Training Notes
A character may only possess one magical gift from an archfey at a time; if another archfey grants a magical gift, the character must choose whether to accept the new gift (and pay the associated cost) and remove the old one, or decline the new gift.

Phoenix Down
You gain possession of a magical feather of an archfey. One time, and only when you die, immediately as a reaction you can spend 99 downtime, you can then be reborn with one hit point and gain immunity to all damage until the beginning of your next turn. Afterward, this story award is to be removed.

Pact of the Shadow Chicken
Characters can summon a Shadow Chicken from their own shadow once per dawn for 1d4 hours. The Shadow Chicken has the statistics of a chicken (raven). The Shadow Chicken can also transform into a roc mount for one hour 1/day. They cannot attack, defend, distract, or otherwise play any role in combat.
