Ioun Stone (Greater Absorption)
Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement)
This lavender and green stone has been fashioned
into the shape of a strange dragon; it has a long,
sinewy neck, a body like a serpent, four stout legs,
and two long whiskers that almost look like a
mustache. This is what the dragons of far-off Shou
Lung in Kara-Tur look like. While this marbled object
orbits your head, you can use your reaction to cancel
a spell of 8th level or lower cast by a creature you can
see and targeting only you.
Once the stone has canceled 50 levels of spells, it
burns out and turns dull gray, losing its magic. If you
are targeted by a spell whose level is higher than the
number of spell levels the stone has left, the stone
can't cancel it.

Rooster (Wand of Wonder)
Wand, rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster)
Rhaugilath’s efforts to record the history of the Netherese Empire sometimes incorporated some unsavory elements… such as the transmogrification of a chaos sorcerer into this elegant wand. Covered in swirls, whorls, dizzying patterns, knobs, and clicky bits, it thrums and hums in your hand. This item can be found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.
Gray Robe of the Archmagi
Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement by a sorcerer, wizard, or warlock)
Originally crafted during the height of the Netherese Empire, this robe is a warm gray color and very plush. It is stitched with silver thread and the back is covered by Rhaugilath’s arcane sigil mixed with the sign of Mystryl. This item can be found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.

Tome of Leadership and Influence
Wondrous Item, very rare
This book contains guidelines for influencing and charming others, and its words are charged with magic. If you spend 48 hours over a period of 6 days or fewer studying the book’s contents and practicing its guidelines, your Charisma score increases by 2, as does your maximum for that score. The manual then loses its magic, but regains it in a century.
This purple leather tome has 4 mind flayer tentacles embedded in the cover. When you read the book you hear someone else’s voice reading it to you in your head.

Staff of Striking
Staff, very rare (requires attunement)
This staff can be wielded as a magic quarterstaff that grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it.
The staff has 10 charges. When you hit with a melee attack using it, you can expend up to 3 of its charges. For each charge you expend, the target takes an extra 1d6 force damage. This staff regains 1d6 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the staff becomes a nonmagical quarterstaff.
This brass staff is smooth to the touch, giving a slight electric shock at first. While holding the staff, the wielder’s arm hair permanently stands on end, along with a tingling sensation.

Sea Hag’s Cloak (Cloak of the Manta Ray)
Wondrous item, uncommon
While wearing this cloak with its hood up, you can breathe underwater, and you have a swimming speed of 60 feet. Pulling the hood up or down requires an action.
This item is found on Magic Item Table B in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.
This dark green cloak seems to be sewn together out of seaweed and kelp. Its wearer suffers no harm in temperatures as cold as -20 degrees Fahrenheit or as warm as 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Sovad’s Staff of Flying (Broom of Flying)
Wondrous Item, uncommon
This wooden broom, which weighs 3 pounds, functions like a mundane broom until you stand astride it and speak its Command Word. It then hovers beneath you and can be ridden in the air. It has a flying speed of 50 feet. It can carry up to 400 pounds, but its flying speed becomes 30 feet while carrying over 200 pounds. The broom stops hovering when you land.
You can send the broom to travel alone to a destination within 1 mile of you if you speak the Command Word, name the location, and are familiar with that place. The broom comes back to you when you speak another Command Word, provided that the broom is still within 1 mile of you.
This oaken walking staff is capped by a triangle of ebony inscribed with runes in Auran. When activated, ephemeral strands of spiraling energy bristle from one end and a pair of spectral wings unfurl from the other. This item can be found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.

Syranna’s Folly (Oathbow).
Weapon (longbow), very rare (requires attunement)
When you nock an arrow on this bow, it whispers in Elvish, "Swift defeat to my enemies." When you use this weapon to make a ranged attack, you can, as a command phrase, say, "Swift death to you who have wronged me." The target of your attack becomes your sworn enemy until it dies or until dawn seven days later. You can have only one such sworn enemy at a time. When your sworn enemy dies, you can choose a new one after the next dawn.
When you make a ranged attack roll with this weapon against your sworn enemy, you have advantage on the roll. In addition, your target gains no benefit from cover, other than total cover, and you suffer no disadvantage due to long range. If the attack hits, your sworn enemy takes an extra 3d6 piercing damage.
While your sworn enemy lives, you have disadvantage on attack rolls with all other weapons.

This elven bow has the soul of a Thayan rebel permanently and irreversibly entwined within it, her sigil defiled and etched into the grip. When attuned, the bearer can speak and understand Thayan, in addition to receiving the following Bond: “I will not be at peace until Szass Tam and his plots are erased from existence”.
