**CANDLE OF THE HEARTH** *Midwinter 2018 - One Certificate Per Player, Expires February 1, 2019* This chime candle's wax is carved with runes representing family, community, and safe travels and rubbed with scented oils and herbs, imbuing it with seasonal magic. When lit, it burns with the welcome warmth of a crackling fireplace far beyond the size of the small candle, providing bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet. Once lit, the candle burns fiercely for up to 10 minutes before its wax is spent. Creatures that rest within the candle's bright glow for a full 10 minutes gain the advantage of a short rest. A creature cannot be affected by another Candle of the Hearth until it finishes a long rest.
