You might mistake him for nobility and you are not wrong since his heritage is nobility indeed. But he does not wear any title and there is no family or status left for him to return to. From early on he was drawn to the occult and mysterious he had a natural affinity to observe an eye for detail and he can easily lose himself uncovering details and connections for hours. His family was wealthy enough that he was able to study the arcane, tutored by the best teachers in his town he was going to visit the famous college of <...> and eventually become a mage uncovering the arcane secrets of this realm. Or at least this is what he dreamed of. Wealth always draws begrudgers. And so it came to be that his family was haunted by evil spirits. His father and sisters died in an accident involving those spirits. Jupyter was frantically studying these events in hope to stop them, but before he could unravel the events his mother went mad and killed herself. A cruel mage was responsible and that monsters were mere illusions created by that mage. The mage escaped but he swore to uncover magical hoaxes like this ,so no one would suffer such a fate anymore. The begrudgers won, and he was driven from his title and home … .With nothing left for him and his dreams destroyed he leaned even more into the occult and the investigation business ### Character Apperance Jupyter Jones is a lean and relatively tall person, with short, precisely combed hair. He wears a pair of glasses with a very thin border so his elegant and likable features are good to see. His facial appearance is highlighted by a well tended extended Goatee Beard. Under his fashionable leather coat he wears fine clothes in light brown tones. No major armament, like big weapons or additional armor are visible. A small pouch he wears is seemingly filled with parchment and lead pencils. The typical pose you will encounter him is with parchment paper in one hand and a lead pencil in his mouth and a thinking face
