Weapon (flail), rare (requires attunement by a cleric or paladin)
The rounded head of this flail is perforated with tiny holes, arranged in symbols and patterns. The flail counts as a holy symbol for you. When you hit with an attack using this magic flail, the target takes an extra 1d8 radiant damage.

As a bonus action, you can speak the command word to cause the flail to emanate a thin cloud of incense out to 10 feet for 1 minute. At the start of each of your turns, you and any other creatures in the incense each regain 1d4 hit points. This property can’t be used again until the next dawn.

Proficiency with a flail allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll

This cube is 3 inches across and radiates palpable magical energy. The six sides of the cube are each
keyed to a different plane of existence, one of which is the Material Plane. The other sides are linked to
planes determined by the GM. You can use an action to press one side of the cube
to cast the gate spell with it, opening a portal to the plane keyed to that side. Alternatively, if you use an
action to press one side twice, you can cast the plane shift spell (save DC 17) with the cube and transport
the targets to the plane keyed to that side. The cube has 3 charges. Each use of the cube
expends 1 charge. The cube regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. This item can be found on
Magic Item Table I in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.

Created by the wizard Hilather, the six sides of this cube are covered in characters from the language of
Alzhedo. The six sides are keyed to: the Prime Material, the Elemental Plane of Fire, the Nine Hells,
the Far Realm, the Outlands, and Arborea.

Wondrous item, legendary While not a truly intelligent item, the Eye of Xxiphu bestows terrifying insight into the true nature of the nightmarish aboleths. The attuned possessor of the Eye gains telepathy out to a range of 120 feet, and may cover themselves in coat of mucous that allows them to breathe underwater as well as on land. The petrified orb is large and heavy, but does not need to be held in order to use its powers. Additionally, aboleths have disadvantage when attacking the owner of the Eye, and the owner has advantage on ability checks in regards to knowledge-based ability checks about aboleths and the Far Realm when they are not in combat.

This longsword is crafted of mithril with a beautiful hilt of carved ironwood. The crossguard, blade, and hilt are worked through with a forest motif inlaid with shining emeralds and platinum filigree. Delicate blue flames dance along the blade whenever it is drawn from its scabbard. You can use a bonus action to speak this magic sword’s command word, causing flames to erupt from the blade. These flames shed bright light in a 40-foot radius and dim light for an additional 40 feet. While the sword is ablaze, it deals an extra 2d6 fire damage to any target it hits. The flames last until you use a bonus action to speak the command word again or until you drop or sheathe the sword.

This amulet made up of a bloodstone flanked by troll fangs. The cord that holds it is made of troll hide.

Characters who wear this amulet tend to feel invincible when entering melee combat, but they have an aversion to fire. It’s almost as if they think they are vulnerable to fire.

Your Constitution score is 19 while you wear this amulet. It has no effect on you if your Constitution is already 19 or higher without it.

This item is a cloak made from a rare cloth found only in the Feywild. It is covered in blue runes. While you wear this cloak, it projects an illusion that makes you appear to be standing in a place near your actual location, causing any creature to have disadvantage on attack rolls against you. If you take damage, the property ceases to function until the start of your next turn. This property is suppressed while you are incapacitated, restrained, or otherwise unable to move.
