Magic Items

This set of armor dyed in emerald greens and deep blues is crafted from a supple, thin leather of a sylvan creature, giving comfort and flexibility rarely found in armor. It is, of course, perfectly fashionable in any situation, befitting a bounty hunter who may need to go from chatting to stabbing in the span of a second. An inner panel of leather reads, in golden embroidery thread "Made by T'kaiya", accompanied by an embroidery of an incredibly round, friend-shaped bird.

Moon-Touched Sword
The blade is thin to the point of being paper. Geometric runes run along its length, in stark contrast to the sweeping elven make. The script is unknown, but purportedly (or with the help of comprehend languages) it reads: “I am but a shard. Find Xintocan.”

Helm of Comprehending Languages

While wearing this helm , you can use an action to cast the comprehend languages spell from it at will. This wireframe helm vibrates whenever it is used.

In darkness, the unsheated blade of this sword sheds moonlight, creating bright light in a 15-foot radius and dim light for an additional 15 feet. This item is found in Xanathar's Guide to Everything.

This silver blade is forged to resemble a long tentacle that twists out to a sharp point.

Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement), Table F This helm of telepathy takes the form of bejeweled tiara sporting a tiger’s eye stone and the heraldry of the Dukes of Scelptar. When worn, you feel an affection for house cats. While wearing this helm, you can use an action to cast the detect thoughts spell (save DC 13) from it. As long as you maintain concentration on the spell, you can use a bonus action to send a telepathic message to a creature you are focused on. It can reply-using a bonus action to do so-while your focus on it continues. While focusing on a creature with detect thoughts, you can use an action to cast the suggestion spell (save DC 13) from the helm on that creature. Once used, the suggestion property can't be used again until the next dawn. This item can be found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide

Wondrous Item, rare

This item is a cloak made from a rare cloth found only in the Feywild. It is covered in blue runes. While you wear this cloak, it projects an illusion that makes you appear to be standing in a place near your actual location, causing any creature to have disadvantage on attack rolls against you. If you take damage, the property ceases to function until the start of your next turn. This property is suppressed while you are incapacitated, restrained, or otherwise unable to move.

Wondrous Item, Rare

This amulet made up of a bloodstone flanked by troll fangs. The cord that holds it is made of troll hide.

Characters who wear this amulet tend to feel invincible when entering melee combat, but they have an aversion to fire. It’s almost as if they think they are vulnerable to fire.

Your Constitution score is 19 while you wear this amulet. It has no effect on you if your Constitution is already 19 or higher without it.

Story Award: Fangjaws Noble
Requires that you are already a Fangjaws Citizen.
You have further served Fangjaws Hold and have been rewarded with nobility. From this point forward, you may purchase a house in the Little Moonsea district for 2000 GP and 20 downtime days. This also increases your lifestyle expenses by 1 GP. In addition, you may administer justice to the citizens of Fangjaws Hold.

You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. This is a silvered greatsword that, when grasped, tries to talk to the wielder but is unable to and no ability or magic allows the wielder to speak to it. It will only speak to the original wielder.

This longsword is crafted of mithril with a beautiful hilt of carved ironwood. The crossguard, blade, and hilt are worked through with a forest motif inlaid with shining emeralds and platinum filigree. Delicate blue flames dance along the blade whenever it is drawn from its scabbard. You can use a bonus action to speak this magic sword’s command word, causing flames to erupt from the blade. These flames shed bright light in a 40-foot radius and dim light for an additional 40 feet. While the sword is ablaze, it deals an extra 2d6 fire damage to any target it hits. The flames last until you use a bonus action to speak the command word again or until you drop or sheathe the sword.

Armor (scale mail), rare This suite of scale mail armor is fashioned out of slivers of wood—each engraved with Giant runes of death and lament, and sewn onto a backing of black leather. The armor resizes to fit its wearer. You have a +1 bonus to AC while wearing this armor.

Wondrous item, legendary While not a truly intelligent item, the Eye of Xxiphu bestows terrifying insight into the true nature of the nightmarish aboleths. The attuned possessor of the Eye gains telepathy out to a range of 120 feet, and may cover themselves in coat of mucous that allows them to breathe underwater as well as on land. The petrified orb is large and heavy, but does not need to be held in order to use its powers. Additionally, aboleths have disadvantage when attacking the owner of the Eye, and the owner has advantage on ability checks in regards to knowledge-based ability checks about aboleths and the Far Realm when they are not in combat.
