The jar and its contents weigh 1/2 pound. As an action, one dose of the ointment can be swallowed or applied to the skin. The creature that receives it regains 2d8 + 2 hit points, ceases to be poisoned, and is cured of any disease. Spell scroll 2nd level: Rime’s Binding Ice (FTD 21) Spell Scroll, uncommon. “The spell scroll is made from dried kelp and silk.” You call forth a draconic spirit. It manifests in an unoccupied space that you can see within range. This corporeal form uses the Draconic Spirit stat block. When you cast this spell, choose a family of dragon: chromatic, gem, or metallic. The creature resembles a dragon of the chosen family, which determines certain traits in its stat block. The creature disappears when it drops to 0 hit points or when the spell ends. The creature is an ally to you and your companions. In combat, the creature shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after yours. It obeys your verbal commands (no action required by you). If you don’t issue any, it takes the Dodge action and uses its move to avoid danger. At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, use the higher level wherever the spell’s level appears in the stat block. * - (a vial of meltwater) Spell scroll 2nd level: Nathair’s Mischief (FTD 20) Spell Scroll, uncommon. You fill a 20-foot cube you can see within range with fey and draconic magic. Roll on the Mischievous Surge table to determine the magical effect produced, and roll again at the start of each of your turns until the spell ends. You can move the cube up to 10 feet before you roll. Mischievous Surge D4 Effect 1 The smell of apple pie fills the air, and each creature in the cube must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become charmed by you until the start of your next turn. 2 Bouquets of flowers appear all around, and each creature in the cube must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be blinded until the start of your next turn as the flowers spray water in their faces 3 Each creature in the cube must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or begin giggling until the start of your next turn. A giggling creature is incapacitated and uses all its movement to move in a random direction. 4 Drops of molasses hover in the cube, making it difficult terrain until the start of your next turn. Story Awards Shadow Dragon: Characters can summon a shadow faerie dragon from their own shadow, once per dawn for 1d4 hours. The shadow dragon has the statistics of a faerie dragon. They cannot attack, defend, or otherwise play any role in combat. Pact of The Dragon Lord Characters gain a monochromatic black tattoo of a Dragon. Training. The Dragon Lord offers characters the gift to gain tool proficiency in Water Vehicles. Characters must spend 50 days in the abode of the archfey, The Dragon Lord to learn the tool or skill. Magical Gift: Training Notes A character may only possess one magical gift from an archfey at a time; if another archfey grants a magical gift, the character must choose whether to accept the new gift (and pay the associated cost) and remove the old one, or decline the new gift. Pact of the Roaring Tide (Warlock, Cleric) Characters gain a tattoo of a goldfish, if they swear allegiance or form a pact with the fathomless patron, Ryboslav, The Roaring Tide. You can spend five downtime as an action to gain temporary golden scales, gills and webbed hands and feet. These features grant you an hour of water breathing and a swim speed of 30 feet. Staff, rare (requires attunement by a Druid) “A staff shaped and weaved from the scales of an amethyst dragon and encrusted with sea gemstones ” This staff can be wielded as a magic quarterstaff that grants a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. While holding it, you have a +2 bonus to spell attack rolls. The staff has 10 charges for the following properties. It regains 1d6 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the staff loses its properties and becomes a nonmagical quarterstaff. Spells You can use an action to expend 1 or more of the staff's charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC: animal friendship (1 charge) awaken (5 charges) barkskin (2 charges) locate animals or plants (2 charges) speak with animals (1 charge) speak with plants (3 charges) wall of thorns (6 charges). You can also use an action to cast the pass without trace spell from the staff without using any charges. Tree Form. You can use an action to plant one end of the staff in fertile earth and expend 1 charge to transform the staff into a healthy tree. The tree is 60 feet tall and has a 5-foot-diameter trunk, and its branches at the top spread out in a 20-foot radius. The tree appears ordinary but radiates a faint aura of transmutation magic if targeted by detect magic. While touching the tree and using another action to speak its command word, you return the staff to its normal form. Any creature in the tree falls when it reverts to a staff. Guardian. The item roars a warnings to its bearer, granting a +2 bonus to initiative if the bearer isn’t incapacitated.

Wondrous Item (tattoo), common (requires attunement) “The tattoo coils and weaves animatedly in the form of an amethyst scaled oriental dragon.” Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo appears on your body as whatever you desire. Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin. If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears in your space. Fluid Ink. As a bonus action, you can shape the tattoo into any color or pattern and move it to any area of your skin. Whatever form it takes, it is always obviously a tattoo. It can range in size from no smaller than a copper piece to an intricate work of art that covers all your skin. Disguise Self. As an action, you can use the tattoo to cast the disguise self spell (DC 13 to discern the disguise). Once the spell is cast from the tattoo, it can’t be cast from the tattoo again until the next dawn. Language. The bearer can speak and understand draconic while the item is on the bearer’s person.

Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement) “The scale shimmers with the roaring waves of the sea.” This fist-sized chunk of amethyst is infused with an amethyst dragon’s ability to bend gravitational forces. While you are carrying the lodestone, you have advantage on Strength saving throws. The lodestone has 6 charges for the following properties, which you can use while you are holding the stone. The stone regains 1d6 expended charges daily at dawn. Flight. As a bonus action, you can expend 1 charge to gain the power of flight for 10 minutes. For the duration, you gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed, and you can hover. Gravitational Thrust. As an action, you can expend 1 charge to focus gravity around a creature you can see within 60 feet of you. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be pushed up to 20 feet in a direction of your choice. Reverse Gravity. As an action, you can expend 3 charges to cast reverse gravity from the stone (save DC 18). If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears in your space.
