Blood Moon Curse Story Award The Blood Moon looms over you. Whenever you rest, you have unsettling visions of a powerful lycanthrope rampaging the land. Technical: On each short or long rest, roll a DC 10 Charisma save or the character’s max hit points are reduced by half their level (rounded down). The DC increases by 2 per rest. This effect is suppressed when a character rests on holy ground (see Hallow), which restores lost max hit points and resets the DC to 10.
