Iron Bands of Bilarro rare Trade Log Show
Notes:

Wondrous item, This rusty Iron Sphere measures 3 inches in diameter and weighs 1 pound. You can use an action to speak the Command Word and throw the Sphere at a Huge or smaller creature you can see within 60 feet of you. As the Sphere moves through the air, it opens into a tangle of metal bands. Make a ranged Attack roll with an Attack bonus equal to your Dexterity modifier plus your Proficiency Bonus. On a hit, the target is Restrained until you take a Bonus Action to speak the Command Word again to release it. Doing so, or missing with the Attack, causes the bands to contract and become a Sphere once more. A creature, including the one Restrained, can use an action to make a DC 20 Strength check to break the iron bands. On a success, the item is destroyed, and the Restrained creature is freed. If the check fails, any further attempts made by that creature automatically fail until 24 hours have elapsed. Once the bands are used, they can’t be used again until the next dawn

Spell Scroll of Hold Person, Level 2 uncommon Dragons of Stormwreck Isle by Sebastian W. teil 3 Show
Notes:

Scroll,
Save DC 13, Attack Bonus +5

A spell scroll bears the words of a single spell, written in a mystical cipher. If the spell is on your class's spell list, you can read the scroll and cast its spell without providing any material components. Otherwise, the scroll is unintelligible. Casting the spell by reading the scroll requires the spell's normal casting time. Once the spell is cast, the words on the scroll fade, and it crumbles to dust. If the casting is interrupted, the scroll is not lost.

If the spell is on your class’s spell list but of a higher level than you can normally cast, you must make an ability check using your spellcasting ability to determine whether you cast it successfully. The DC equals 10 + the spell’s level. On a failed check, the spell disappears from the scroll with no other effect.

Once the spell is cast, the words on the scroll fade, and the scroll itself crumbles to dust.

A wizard spell on a spell scroll can be copied just as spells in spellbooks can be copied. When a spell is copied from a spell scroll, the copier must succeed on an Intelligence (Arcana) check with a DC equal to 10 + the spell’s level. If the check succeeds, the spell is successfully copied. Whether the check succeeds or fails, the spell scroll is destroyed.

Javelin of Lightning uncommon Hero of the Troll Wars + 5 (!) Liar's Night Encounter Show
Notes:

Weapon (javelin)

This javelin is a magic weapon. When you hurl it and speak its command word, it transforms into a bolt of lightning, forming a line 5 feet wide that extends out from you to a target within 120 feet. Each creature in the line excluding you and the target must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d6 lightning damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The lightning bolt turns back into a javelin when it reaches the target. Make a ranged weapon attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes damage from the javelin plus 4d6 lightning damage. The javelin's property can't be used again until the next dawn. In the meantime, the javelin can still be used as a magic weapon. This item is found on Magic Item Table F in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.

This javelin glows an angry red when within 120 feet of a troll.
