This staff is made of a single piece of unmelting, dark-green ice. While its exact form can’t be discerned, a dark shape running the length of the staff writhes within. *Clark's Note* - Nothing stops you from describing the frozen staff as a cane with the dark form creating a spiral down the length so you can call it a Staff of Striping.
