DDEX-3-13 Writhing in the Dark Session Rewards Name: keenobeano#9193 DCI: 5320838339 1 level up 10 DT days Magic Items: +2 Rod of the Pact Keeper Potion of Poison Potion of Greater Healing Treasure: 1185gp/5 = 237 gp per person Story Summary - The party begins in Sporedome, where they were slated to meet an informant who intel on a threat to the surface world. - The informant turned out to be a mindflayer named Glor who told the party that abyssal fire giants were planning to use siege engines to wage war on the surface world. - Glor and his kin could disable the machines but at a cost, the party needed to get rid of “a rogue thought”, also known as a mindflayer that has become independent from the elder brain collective. - Travelling to Rogue Thought’s lair, they encountered Arrizz, a drow that was captured to be sacrificed to Graz'zt, the demon lord of darkness and debauchery. - The party managed to breach into the central chamber and defeat the rogue mind flayer, returning its tendrils to Glor who expressed much gratitude.
