Bunny’s specializes in pickled goods, particularly carrots, but Bunny is looking to branch out into confectionaries. The best candies are currently supplied to the city by Aurora’s Whole Realms Emporium, importing them from either Shou Lung or Maztica. With an archmagi customer who can cast plane shift owing her a favor, Bunny hopes to one up the Emporium by getting something even more exotic and dispatches the characters to make a deal with Farmer Fuzzytail to supply fairy licorice whips! While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges to cast the web spell (save DC 15) from it. The wand regains 1d6 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand crumbles into ashes and is destroyed. This wand is made of twisted strands of dried ettercap silk.
