If you are already infected with a disease, the effects of the disease are suppressed you while you wear the pendant. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Guidance of the Remembered.** A deceased ancestor or loved one provides you with guidance, granting you insight via a charm. You can cast during a long rest to contact the spirit of a friend or family member without that spirit’s corpse. The spirit’s answers to your questions manifest as whispers only you can hear. The charm does not function if the spirit you try to contact is Undead or was the target of speak with dead within the last 10 days.
