Belly Dance Belt (Reveler's Concertina) Wondrous item, instrument, rare (requires attunement by a bard) This reddish-gold fabric belt consists of a series of gold coins embossed with Calimshan and Anchoron as well as various toning bells. While holding this concertina, you gain a +2 bonus to the saving throw DC of your bard spells. As an action, you can use the concertina to cast Otto's irresistible dance from the item. This property of the concertina can't be used again until the next dawn. If you have proficiency with a given musical instrument, you can add your proficiency bonus to any ability checks you make to play music with the instrument. A bard can use a musical instrument as a spellcasting focus. Each type of musical instrument requires a separate proficiency.
