Biography

Suigetsu & Shiori: Children of the Moon Palace
Suigetsu and Shiori were not born to the same parents, yet their lives have been braided together since their very first breaths. On the night of a rare lunar conjunction, when Chandra, the silver moon, shone brighter than any recorded in the Palace archives, two children came into the world in distant corners of the realm. Each birth was marked by the same strange omens: silver light flooding the room, alchemical reagents resonating, and the faint echo of Feywild song on the air.
Both infants were entrusted—on the very same night—to the Moon Palace. Raised together, studied together, and watched closely by the Jade Hare and the Archfey, they became inseparable. To the scholars and servants who saw them grow—always side by side, always moving in uncanny harmony—they might as well have been siblings. The Palace began to call them the Moon Twins, a name that clung to them even as they grew into their own distinct destinies.

Suigetsu, the Paladin of Flowing Water
Born under the silver glare of the conjunction, Suigetsu carried in his soul a quiet resonance with Chandra’s light. His fosterers quickly discovered that, alongside a sharp scholarly mind, he possessed a natural instinct for movement and martial discipline. Where other students studied footwork, Suigetsu flowed. Where others struck, he cut—clean, sharp, and precise.
Under the tutelage of the Jade Hare, Suigetsu’s training was relentless. He studied forms drawn from the Bladesingers and adapted them into something uniquely his own: a style that mirrored the behavior of water—yielding, circling, then crashing down with inexorable force. His steps were as smooth as a moonlit river, his strikes as sudden and unforgiving as ice breaking beneath a traveler’s feet.
The Archfey, ever interested in the children of that strange lunar night, gifted Suigetsu a Jade and Moonstone amulet. Its soft silver glow deepened his connection to the moon’s power, bolstering his resilience and sharpening his focus. To him, it is not just an artifact, but a visible pledge: a reminder of the path he’s chosen.
Suigetsu swore an oath to protect the balance of nature, forged from years studying the Palace’s alchemical chambers and watching the delicate interplay between experiment, environment, and consequence. To him, imbalance is a wound in the world—one he will stand against, blade in hand, as long as the moon still shines.

Shiori, the Ranger of Whispering Paths
Shiori, the other child of that fateful night, bears a different expression of the same moon-touched power. From the time she could walk, she vanished into the hidden gardens and forgotten hallways of the Moon Palace, returning with pockets full of strange herbs, scraps of moss, and stories of flickering lights no one else could see.
The Palace scholars studied scrolls; Shiori studied the spaces between places. She learned the language of leaves, the mood of the wind, and the distant murmur of spirits that lingered just beyond mortal sight. With each passing year, her attunement to the Feywild deepened, and it became clear she could sense the seams where planes brushed against each other.
Her Jade and Moonstone amulet hums in harmony with those subtle boundaries, letting her slip through pathways others would mistake for nothing more than shadows. As she honed her skills as a Ranger, she mastered tracking, healing, and the art of moving across terrain—and sometimes across worlds—without leaving a trace. Her vow is not a formal Paladin’s oath, but a quiet, fierce promise to defend the balance of the Feywild and the fragile bonds that connect all living things.

The Moon-Touched Pair
Though not bound by blood, Suigetsu and Shiori grew up as if they shared the same heartbeat. They sparred together in the training halls, debated theories in the library, and whispered plans under starlit balconies. Where he brought discipline and structure, she brought instinct and intuition. Where he anchored, she guided.
Sent on pilgrimage by the Jade Hare, the two set out from the Moon Palace as devoted Adepts—researchers, emissaries, and guardians. Their task is to gather arcane, alchemic, and healing knowledge from many planes, bringing it back to enrich the Palace’s already vast store of lore. Yet this journey is more than academic.
Unbeknownst to them, their shared birth-night bound them to an ancient moon seal, an old magic that stirs once more in the depths of the Feywild and beyond. The Archfey’s watchful gaze follows them, for their discoveries—and their choices—will influence much more than a collection of scrolls or potions. Together, they are pieces in a larger design that neither yet comprehends.

Their Shared Destiny

Suigetsu and Shiori travel as the “Moon Twins” in the stories whispered by those who meet them—two moon-born wanderers whose steps fall into perfect rhythm, whose abilities seem to mirror and complete each other. To outsiders, their bond appears unshakable, forged by destiny under the light of Chandra’s rarest phase.

And to Shiori… it is more than truth.

Raised as twins in the Moon Palace, Shiori has never questioned the tale told by their caretakers, nor the name given to them by scholars and servants alike. She remembers no moment before Suigetsu. He has always been there: beside her in study, behind her in battle, ahead of her when the shadows grew long. He is her brother. He must be.

And yet, in the quiet hours, something stirs.

She cannot explain why her heart flutters when he catches her after a misstep, why her breath stills when their hands brush in passing, or why warmth pools in her chest at the way his voice softens when he says her name. These feelings rise like tidewater—quiet, persistent, uninvited. So she buries them beneath duty, beneath the certainty that they are family. Anything else would be… wrong. Wouldn’t it?

But the truth remains veiled, even from her.

Suigetsu may know the origins of their bond—but Shiori does not. She believes herself his twin, body and soul, and has never heard otherwise. Until the day truth comes to light, she will carry both her fierce loyalty and her silent confusion like twin weights on her heart.

Their path is still one of growth and revelation. Suigetsu’s unwavering faith and flowing swordplay, and Shiori’s uncanny sense for unseen paths, create a balance that shapes their steps more surely than any map. Whether walking quiet forest trails or skimming the shimmering folds of the Feywild, their greatest strength lies not in their moon-touched gifts—but in the way their spirits, knowingly or not, continue to reach for each other.

What they uncover about the ancient seal of the Moon Palace may shift not only their own fates, but the tides of entire planes. And when the balance teeters on a blade’s edge, it may fall to the so-called Moon Twins to decide—how they will stand, and whether they can still stand together.

An Hoffnung. An Schönheit. An mich. Bitte erinnere dich daran – und glaub jetzt an dich.“

Was bisher geschah
