The horn is decorated with a dancing dark elf lady in different poses holding a sword. Whether the individual poses are part of a dance or a sword exercise is unclear

This horn has 4 charges. When you use an action to blow it, one creature of your choice can hear the horn's blare, provided the creature is within 600 feet of the horn and not deafened. No other creature hears sound coming from the horn. The horn regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn.

Additional property: Minor Property: Delver. While underground, the bearer of this item always knows the item’s depth below the surface and the direction to the nearest staircase, ramp, or other path leading upward.

While wearing this brooch, you have resistance to force damage, and you have immunity to damage from the magic missile spell.

Additional property: Quirk: Blissful. While in possession of the item, the bearer feels fortunate and optimistic about what the future holds. Butterflies and other harmless creatures might frolic in the item’s presence.
