Wondrous item, common

This elegant outfit of traveler's clothes magically mends itself to counteract daily wear and tear. Pieces of the outfit that are destroyed can't be repaired in this way.

Guardian. The item whispers warnings to its bearer, granting a +2 bonus to initiative if the bearer isn't incapacitated.

Wondrous item, common

While wearing this cloak, you can use a bonus action to change the style, color, and apparent quality of the garment. The cloak’s weight doesn’t change. Regardless of its appearance, the cloak can’t be anything but a cloak. Although it can duplicate the appearance of other magic cloaks, it doesn’t gain their magical properties. This item is found in Xanathar’s Guide to Everything.

This cloak defaults to jet black leather with a stylized yellow hawk near the neck clasp. While wearing the cloak, the bearer can speak and understand Deep Speech.

Wondrous item, common (requires attunement by a wizard)

This antiquated, cone-shaped hat is adorned with gold crescent moons and stars. While you are wearing it, you gain the following benefits:

You can use the hat as a spellcasting focus for your wizard spells.
You can try to cast a cantrip that you don’t know. The cantrip must be on the wizard spell list, and you must make a DC 10 Intelligence (Arcana) check. If the check succeeds, you cast the spell. If the check fails, so does the spell, and the action used to cast the spell is wasted. In either case, you can’t use this property again until you finish a long rest.

Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)

While wearing these bracers, you gain a +2 bonus to Armor Class if you are wearing no armor and using no Shield.

These bracers take the form of red satin evening gloves.

Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement)

"These dark-red bracers with golden trim bear the seal of Candlekeep’s Gatewarden."

While wearing these bracers, you have proficiency with the Longbow and Shortbow, and you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls made with such weapons.

Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)

While wearing this belt, your Strength score changes to a score granted by the belt. The item has no effect on you if your Strength without the belt is equal to or greater than the belt’s score.

Six varieties of this belt exist, corresponding with and having rarity according to the six kinds of true giants. The belt of stone giant strength and the belt of frost giant strength look different, but they have the same effect (Belt of Fire Giant Strength, 25).

This wide belt is made of what at first appears to be supple, black leather studded with mithral. Closer examination reveals the grisly truth—it is made of the tanned hides of drow.

Wondrous Item, Very Rare (Requires Attunement by a Monk)

This finely detailed belt is made of dragonhide. While wearing it, you gain a bonus to the saving throw DCs of your ki features.(+3) The bonus is determined by the belt’s rarity. In addition, you can use an action to regain ki points equal to a roll of your Martial Arts die. You can’t use this action again until the next dawn.

Harmonious. Attuning to this item takes only 1 minute.

You have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Shield (shield), rare (requires attunement)

"This gold-trimmed red shield is emblazoned with Candlekeep’s coat of arms."

You gain a +2 bonus to Armor Class against ranged attack rolls while you wield this Shield. This bonus is in addition to the Shield's normal bonus to AC.

Whenever an attacker makes a ranged attack roll against a target within 5 feet of you, you can take a Reaction to become the target of the attack instead.
