This is my second time achieving this award, because I now have logged 48 hours of AL DMing!

Run 7 DDAL/DDEX adventures, or hardcover chapters.

Choose a Magic Item from any previous DDEX/DDAL modules or hardcover chapters you've run (any season) for one of your characters. Item must be tier appropriate and excludes Legendary or Unique items.

SKT Ch 8 (3 hours for lvl 7 party, 325 xp per hour, plus 10 hours downtime):

975 x2 for Ethereal DM: 1950 xp, 975 gp, 20 hours Downtime.

Recruit a player to become a DM who runs at least 2 hours of D&D AL sessions (counts for DMs new to 5th Edition or D&D)
7,500xp for one of your characters...If the player goes on to DM more than 8 hours of games, gain an additional 5,000xp

total: 12,500xp

My wife became a DM and DMed 8+ hours of D&D AL games, including at GenCon!

Cashed in the following DM Reward: 500 xp (Twitter, Ritual of Scrying) Level 3! Rebuilt as a Swashbuckler Rogue from Xanathar's, for my PHB+1. Also purchased Quiver and Arrows for 2 gp.

Third time I've run this module. So, add Deja Vu reward: "2,000xp for 2 hour adventure...Gain a story award from the adventure for one character." Only one Story Award:
"Seed of Fel Earth. You are in possession of the seed of fel earth; a piece of Ogrémoch, the Prince of Evil Earth, himself. Unbeknownst to you, the seed glows faintly while you sleep. While you slumber, those around you can hear the faint, yet distinct rumbling noises of something burrowing closer and closer to you."

PLUS! Bounty Hunter. FIVE out of seven players at table were new! So that's 500+250*4 = 1500, x2 for 3000 xp!

Adding DM Reward: Out of the Abyss Chapter One reward, recalculated (per the conversation in DDAL DM Chat) 6 hours. 75 xp per hour. 450 xp, 225 gp, 15 Downtime Days. x2 for Ethereal DM. 900 xp, 450 gp. Downtime 20 days. Level 4. Using 20 Downtime Days for Catching Up to level 5.

Gain 1 magic item from the adventure (must assign it to a tier appropriate character) or upgrade a +X Dedicated DM reward armor or weapon to X+1 with maximum according to its item type to a tier appropriate character. Counts as a special mission for 1 character. Get max player Rewards (XP, DT, GP, Renown).

Run at Supercon as a volunteer DM, which qualifies toward the Martyr for the Cause DM reward.
