Als Skahn allein nach dem Koch sehen wollte, überwältigte der Intellect Devourer ihn und er konnte nur dank zweier Spruchrollen Greater Restoration aus Enis Besitz von Quia wieder geheilt werden. Es stellte sich heraus, dass die Kapitänin hinter allem steckte und noch mehrere Intellect Devourer an Bord waren.

Was zunächst einfach klang, wurde zu einem grauenhaften Trip. Wir fanden das Schiff vermeintlich verlassen, aber mit unzähligen Blutspuren überzogen. Das Sicherheitssystem sprach an, vernebelte immer wieder alle Räume unter Deck, so dass kaum etwas zu sehen war, und schloss immer wieder Türen, die wir für den Luftaustausch bereits geöffnet hatten. Ein kindliches geisterhaftes Wesen folgte Skahn von ferne, alle hatten immer wieder das Gefühl, verfolgt zu sein, und ein Pentagramm und mehrere grüne Portale ließen an üble Machenschaften denken. An verschiedenen Stellen fanden wir jedoch auch Kugeln, die uns Erinnerungen der Schiffscrew vermittelten. Immer wieder wurden wir von einer riesigen katzenhaften Kreatur aus Stahl überrascht, die hinterrücks heftige Attacken mit ihren Klauen ausführte und vor allem Noriel mit ihrem markerschütterndem Gebrüll mehrfach betäubte, um sich plötzlich wieder wegzuteleportieren. Anhand der Erinnerungskugeln fanden wir heraus, dass die ursprüngliche Besatzung aus hilfsbereiten und engagierten Astralelfen bestand, sich hinter den Portalen weitere Mannschaftsräume befanden und die Elfen vor der Stahlkreatur mittels des Pentagramms fliehen konnten. So stellten wir das Pentagramm wieder her und fanden einen astralen Schutzraum, in den sich die Mannschaft zurückziehen konnte, weil der Kapitän sich dafür opferte. Die Elfen wussten, dass die Kreatur maximal dreimal teleportieren kann und schlugen vor, dass wir die Kreatur in einen Raum locken sollten, wo ein Besatzungsmitglied mittels der Sicherheitsvorkehrungen die Türen versiegeln sollte, während alle Besatzungsmitglieder über das Heck auf unser Schiff evakuiert würden. Bei der Durchführung stellte sich heraus, dass es zwei Stahlpredatoren gab. Skahn war immer am falschen Ende und konnte nur hin und herrennen, aber nichts ausrichten. Vor allem Noriel und Phanrae schafften es aber, die erste Kreatur zu töten und die zweite wie geplant einzusperren. Beim Sprung von diesem grauenhaften Schiff auf unser eigenes verletzte Skahn sich zuletzt doch noch und verlor für mehrere Tage sein Gedächtnis. Alle Beteilgten tragen eine andauernde wahnhafte Beschädigung davon.

Nachdem dieser gestellt wurde, gibt Seargeant Kulagin von der Stadtwache uns den Auftrag, im Südosten der Stadt bei den Farmen nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Gerüchteweise habe ein "Clan Sober" Farmr entführt und getötet, man munkelt von qualvoll geschlachteten Menschen und Blutritualen dunkler Vetteln. Bei den Farmen erwartet uns schon der Flitzer Sven Hartloch und will uns für die Mitarbeit im Clan Saber gewinnen. Mittels einer Münze spricht Skahn direkt mit der Anführerin, der Vettel Memenan, die als Dienerin von Malar agiert. Sie kündigt an, uns auf der nordwestlichen Farm zu erwarten, weshalb wir zunächst di anderen Farmen untersuchen wollen. An der ersten Farm finden wir nur ein Blutbad vor und Spuren der Flucht, die an einem Baum im Nordwesten enden, wo einige aufgeschlitzte Leichen hängen. Wir betten de Leichen zur letzten Ruhe und ziehen weter zur nächsten Farm. Dort treffen wir einen Werbären, den wir kaum bekämpfen müssen, da er sich nach dem ersten Treffer in eine Priesterin der Selune von der Emerald Enclave verwandelt, die wohl von der Hexe vorübergehend kontrolliert wurde. An der dritten Farm müssen wir Trolle und Manticore bekämpfen. Bei der letzten Farm treffen wir eine im Keller verbarrikadierte Familie und einen gefangenen Mann an. Der Mann hat riesige Angst vor der "Bestie von Malar" und kehrt als Werwolf zurück in seine Heimat Thentia. Auf der Straße Richtung Norden werden wir von etlichen Werkreaturen angegriffen, die wir auch alle bezwingen können. Schließlich weist uns die Priesterin von Selune den Weg in eine Höhle, wo wir mit der "Bestie von Malar" konfrontiert werden, einem erwachsenen weißen Drachen. Wir können schließlich die Bestie töten und 4 Kinder aus der Höhle retten, bevor sie einstürzt. Von der Stadtwache erhalten wir pro Peron eine Belohnung von 1000 GP.

Die Gruppe soll durch das Old Claranree Dickicht das Portal zur Domäne der Erzfee Aspen Darkbell finden und sie an das jahrhundertealte Bündnis mit den Elfen erinnern, um diesen einen Fluchtweg durch ihre Domäne zu ermöglichen. Eine herannahende Gruppe von Redcaps mit einem Magier ist frühzeitig zu hören, so dass die gesamte Gruppe sich verstecken und einer Konfrontation aus dem Weg gehen kann. In der Nacht gelangt die Gruppe an eine Lichtung mit magischer Musik, die auf Tharkum und Nadarr wie auf drei bereits länger hier befindliche Elfen bezaubernde Wirkung hat.Skahn und Gnash können gemeinsam die magischen Instrumente zerstören und alle aus der Bezauberung erlösen. Pixies fliegen aber erbost davon, um der Erzfee von der Zerstörung ihrer Fliegenfalle zu berichten. Das Herannahen von vier Blink Dogs missverstehen Gnash und Skahn als Gefahr und töten jeweils einen von ihnen, während die beiden anderen fliehen können. Nachdem die Gruppe den Fehler bemerkt hat, werden die beiden Hunde begraben. In einem Baumfällerlager voller Goblins, welche die Erzfee beliefern, verstecken sich alle außer Nadarr, der beim Zerteilen der Stämme hilft. Als Skahns Versteck auffliegt, hilfter ebenfalls mit. Nachdem klar wird, dass der nächste Transport in die Domäne der Erzfee noch mehrere Tage auf sich warten lassen könnte, ziehen die Abenteurer weiter, um nicht zu viel Zeit zu verlieren. Schließlich gelangen sie an die Lichtung mit dem Portal, können sein Rätsel lösen und es mit Hilfe einer betäuten Blüte öffnen. Die Erzfee ist launisch, lässt sich aber vor allem von Gnash und Skahn beruhigen und überzeugen, die Elfen zu unterstützen. Die Fee teleportiert die Gruppe direkt auf das Schlachtfeld um den Rückzug der Elfen zu decken. Dabei wird Gnurlan durch einen kritischen Treffer sofort getötet. Auch Nadarr und Skahn werden ohnmächtig, Dahl wird vernichtet. Aber Tharkum und Gnash können mit letzter Kraft die unmittelbaren Gegner besiegen, bis die Elfen soweit gesichert sind, dass auch wir den Rückzug antreten können. Zum Dank für den selbstlosen Einsatz der Gruppe belebt die Erzfee auf Mirafels Bitten Gnurlan wieder, Außerdem wird die Gruppe mit dem alten Bogen "Harmony", welcher das Bündnis zwischen Elfen und Archfey besiegelt hatte, einem Staff of Flowers und jeweils 1000 GP belohnt.
