Topple Notes: Wir kommen ins Dorf Ilkley, als der Mob gerade Krag, eine Hobgoblinfrau als angebliche Spionin der Drachenarmee auf dem Scheiterhaufen lynchen möchte und nur Tamira für sie Partei ergreift. Wir können die Masse stoppen und erwirken, dass wir wegen der angeblich von Krag sabotierten Brücke ermitteln dürfen, um Krag potentiell zu entlasten. Bei Untersuchung der Brücke spricht einiges dafür, dass sie aufgund von Hochwasser zusammengebrochen ist und Krag nur zufällig dort war. In Krags Haus finden wir dann einen Zettel, der vermuten lässt, sie sei zu einem Tête-à-tête einbestellt. Auf dem Weg zum Gefängnis begegnen wir Invio, der sich als ihr Geliebter herausstellt. Da sein Vater krank ist, untersuchen wir auch das und finden Anzeichen einer Lebensmittelvergiftung durch eine Mehlsuppe. Bei Untersuchung im Lager des örtlichen Lebensmittelhändlers stellt sich heraus, dass sich unter den Mehlsäcken Fäulnis ausbreitet, die zu den Vergiftungsfällen im Ort führt. Während Tamira sich beim örtlichen Kräuterkundigen um Hilfe kümmert, gehen wir in den Wald, um den vermissten Jäger Wunibert zu suchen. Als wir einen Oger bei einer menschlichen Leiche finden, greift die Gruppe direkt an, bis Zack herausfindet, dass der Oger Wunibert ist. So kann er wieder geheilt und sicher zurück ins Dof gebracht werden. Unterwegs sehen wir die herannahende Dragonarmy, auf deren Ankunft wir das Dorf nun drei Tage vorbereiten können. Dazu wird die Brücke repariert, so dass alle daüber flüchten können, um die Brücke dann wieder zu zerstören, bevor die Gegner nachsetzen. Um dies abzusichern, bekämpfen wir gemeinsam mit dem Dorfvorsteher Sir Darian die Vorhut der Armee, was auch gelingt.
