BOOTS OF FALSE TRACKS common DC-POA-HARM-01-02: Time flies when you are delving dungeons Show
Notes:

BOOTS OF FALSE TRACKS
Wonderous Item, common

Only humanoids can wear these boots. While wearing the boots, you can choose to have them leave tracks like those of another kind of humanoid of your size. This item is found in the Xanathar’s Guide to Everything.
These boots look and feel as if they are made out of thin white cloth, but they retain heat and block out moisture as effectively as sealskin. When pulled up, these boots stretch up to the wearer’s upper thighs.
When using the magical property of these boots, the pattern on the outside of the boots changes each time the wearer changes what tracks they leave; example patterns include stripes, flannel, polka dots, and solid colors.

DUST OF DISAPPEARANCE common DC-POA-HARM-01-02: Time flies when you are delving dungeons Show
Notes:

DUST OF DISAPPEARANCE

Wonderous Item, uncommon

Found in a small packet, this powder resembles very fine sand. There is enough of it for one use. When you use an action to throw the dust into the air, you and each creature and object within 10 feet of you become invisible for 2d4 minutes. The duration is the same for all subjects, and the dust is consumed when its magic takes effect. If a creature affected by the dust attacks or casts a spell, the invisibility ends for that creature.
After a creature affected by this dust stops being invisible, their skin, hair, and eyes become the color and luster of gold. This effect lasts for 3d10 days. It can be removed early by means of remove curse or similar magics

PSI CRYSTAL uncommon DC-POA-HARM-01-03: Killing Time Show
Notes:

PSI CRYSTAL

Wonderous item, uncommon (requires attunement by a creature with an intelligence of 3 or higher)

This crystal grants you telepathy for as long as you remain attuned to it. See the introduction of the Monster Manual for rules on how this telepathy works.
The crystal also glows with a purplish inner light while you are attuned to it.
The higher your intelligence, the greater the light’s intensity and the greater the range of the telepathy (see the Psi Crystal Properties table, below). This item is found in Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden.
This crystal is mirrored on all sides; when a creature peers into the crystal, they see alternate versions of themselves from other timelines reflected in the crystal’s facets. There is always at least one reflection wearing a funny hat.

Shortsword+1(Foxblade) uncommon CCC-SRCC01-02 - Down the River of Snakes Show
Notes:

Shortsword+1(Foxblade)

Weapon (shortsword), uncommun

This shortsword appears rusted at first glance, but that is due to the unique crimson-orange color of the metal. Combined with this color, a triangular white mother-of-pearl inlay near the hilt causes the blade to resemble the coloring of a fox’s tail. The crossguard is made of the same unique crimson metal, set with round yellow and black stones made to resemble vulpine eyes. This description matches that of a magical weapon lost during Ylraphon’s destruction by dragons in the 14th century. Said to have been crafted by forest gnomes, it was known as the Foxblade.

In addition to the +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon, the bearer gains a +2 bonus on initiative when they are not incapacitated.

Bracers of Archery uncommon 1 DC-POA-HARM-01-01: First Time for everything Show
Notes:

Wondrous item, major tier, uncommon (requires attunement)

While wearing these bracers, you have proficiency with the longbow and shortbow, and you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls on ranged attacks made with such weapons. This item is found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.
These bracers are fashioned out of dozens of overlapping watches, clocks, and timepieces. Each clock face ticks at a different speed and some even tick backwards. The wearer is able to see glimpses of their target’s immediate future, allowing for more deadly precision. When the user rolls a critical hit, all of the clocks hit 9:45 simultaneously, their hands pointing towards the target of the attack.
