Party recruited to the Underdark to go to the Sporedom to investigate a mutation of spores and find a special mushroom to cure madness, guide from Lord's Alliance bring them there. Journey to the Underdark different than their guide's last trip, leaving everyone confused. Party inhales lots of spores, with some gaining a little bit of mental pollution. Party get attacked by beholder shaped mushroom when they find shore, and finds they sprouted from a corpse of a derro, who the guide mentions is the person they're supposed to meet. On the derro they find some treasure, a journal of the sporedom and some maps leading to a Sacred Seer. On their way to the Seer, they see a group of mushroom infested derro logging mushrooms in the sporedome. They find a grove with lots of myconid apparently in court, and some myconid and derros dying to faerzress-radiation infection. The person holding to court explains to the party that he's Agaricus, trying to solve the problem at the root and points to a myconid with a different colour, the Sacred Seer. The party decided to follow the Seer when she says she can help them with curing madness, and was brought to her grove where her cultist were waiting. Although the Seer negotiated, the party decided to cut them all down. And they gotten the mushrooms needed for the Lord Alliance. They also found an assortment of treasures in the grove. Treasure Amulet of the Devout +2 Mantle of Spell Resistance Scroll of Mending 5,000 gp/5 = 1,000 gp per person Story Summary - The party was recruited by Remalia Haventree and her associate Zehira to uncover the identity and motives of a shadowy cult known as the Tenebrous Creed. - To do this, the party made their way to Candlekeep. They met Master Reader Alsbith who suspiciously tried to delay their entrance. - Entering the Great Library, the party ventured across different sections to try and learn more about the Creed. As they were doing so, they encountered strange, eerie happenings that haunted them during their trips. - They found clues of several break-ins, as well as witnessed one happening in the Abberantology Archive where pages of a book were stolen by a shadowy figure before disappearing. - Eventually, they stumbled across Damita Uthros, a Thayan operative who is likewise investigating the Creed. They brokered an alliance with her and she directed them to a ruined temple of Shar where the cultists likely were. - Being teleported there, they fought against the Creed and emerged victorious. They discovered that they were a splinter sect of Shar, dedicated to summoning forth an aberrant horror named Father Llymic and usher in an age of frigid darkness. - The party returned the missing pages back to Candlekeep, much to the relief of Bookwyrm and the rest of the Avowed.

Adventure: CCC-HAL-02 - Six Striking Swords Date & Time: 22/9/22 DM: shiroucross#2225 Party were tasked to investigate the disruption in trade route near Melvaunt. They learned that the occurences originated from a nearby ruined castle and went to investigate it. Party discovered that the castle was warded with magical defenses and helped rescue a mercenary trapped by the wards. Party met Silver and learned that her Matron, the drow mage Axcelia made her home there and had created the Chaos Web to protect herself. They met with Axcelia and agreed to help her return to the Underdark if she dispelled the Chaos Web. Axcelia tasked the party with activating a teleport amplifier in the Axcelon Archives and obtain an object from the Vith'Tyl Manor so she can teleport there for a direct assault." Jonathan infiltrated the Vith'tyl Mansion while the others and Silver went to the Axcelon Archive. The infiltration party successfully obtain the sought item. Party failed to solve the activation sequence at the archive and Silver disabled the wards and activate the teleport amplifier. Some survived the Vith'tyl ambush long enough to reactivate the wards and Axcelia to attune to the amplifier. Axcelia returned them to the surface in preparation to assault the Vith'tyl manor. The party were enlisted by Prof Lucius N R'Volt to investigate the mysterious disappearance happening in the Waterdeep Trades Ward. After much investigation, the party went down the sewers and found a pit of bones. After hearing screaming on the surface, the party double-back and found the streets to be empty. They were later ambushed by mimic. After killing a few mimics, they were taken away by tendrils coming from the body of the mimic and were transported away in Elmtaryd. While exploring the forest of the Domain of Elmtaryd, they encountered mountain-sized mimics, bickering mimics, and an beguiling female elf. Later, they encounter an encampment, and the hobgoblin attacked them without warning. After the battle, the party found a man fell from a cliff, a wizard named Ahlan That evening, while travelling to Ahlan's home, the mist quickly form and some of the party members were cursed with necrotic energy. While at Ahlan's home, some of the party members manage to tame the adamantine shortsword mimic and it follows them. The party arrive at Mimic King Mobel home, and they explored the home, finding a feast and a bullied mimic. They found the source of the corruption and encountered an evil aspect of Mobel. They managed to fix the crack and source of corruption and return to the material plane.
