Bag of Holding “Luna Carnival Tote Bag”

This bag has an interior space considerably larger than its
outside dimensions roughly 2 feet in diameter at the mouth and
4 feet deep. The bag can hold up to 500 pounds, not exceeding a
volume of 64 cubic feet. The bag weighs 15 pounds, regardless
of its contents. Retrieving an item from the bag requires an
action.
If the bag is overloaded, pierced, or torn, it ruptures and is
destroyed, and its contents are scattered in the Astral Plane. If
the bag is turned inside out, its contents spill forth, unharmed,
but the bag must be put right before it can be used again.
Breathing creatures inside the bag can survive up to a number
of minutes equal to 10 divided by the number of creatures
(minimum 1 minute), after which time they begin to suffocate.
Placing a bag of holding inside an extradimensional space
created by a handy haversack, portable hole, or similar item
instantly destroys both items and opens a gate to the Astral
Plane. The gate originates where the one item was placed
inside the other. Any creature within 10 feet of the gate is
sucked through it to a random location on the Astral Plane. The
gate then closes. The gate is one-way only and can’t be
reopened.

Language. The bearer can speak and understand Primordial
while the item is on the bearer’s person.

Story Award: Luna Lightbearers Lunafreya offers her patronage as officers of the carnival. Characters may use the carnival as a home or a place of rest. Carnival folk from the Luna Carnival may be more inclined to provide assistance to the characters. Lightbearers are offered a magical tattoo of a golden crescent moon. This invisible golden tattoo only reveals itself under the light of a full moon, or when activated. Beacon. The bearer can use a bonus action to cause the item to shed bright moonlight in a 5-foot radius and dim light for an additional 5 feet, or to extinguish the light.

Story Award: Mask of the Zodiacs Owners of any of the Zodiac masks that can be acquired at the carnival gain this story award. Characters must seek out each Archfey of Samsara to gain the specific masks they are missing, if they have not collected them from the Luna Carnival. Characters will gain the ability to change the mask’s form with every archfey’s blessing. Characters with this title may gain advantage on any roll in the domain of Samsara once per adventure. The thirteen archfey that rule the domain of Samsara, Zodiac XIII, look more favorably on those with this story award. If all thirteen masks are collected, they magically merge into one mask, gaining the ability to change into all thirteen animals 1/day in the domain of Samsara. This requires each mask to be blessed by their corresponding archfey, or this aspect of the story award stays dormant.

Luna Hony Milk Tea (Keoghtom's Ointment) 5 Ladungen Wondrous item, uncommon This glass jar, 3 inches in diameter, contains 1d4 + 1 doses of a thick mixture that smells faintly of aloe. The jar and its contents weigh 1/2 pound. As an action, one dose of the ointment can be swallowed or applied to the skin. The creature that receives it regains 2d8 + 2 hit points, ceases to be poisoned, and is cured of any disease. "A caramel-colored liquid filled with rainbow tapioca pearls."
