Discovered he was Mordenkainen gone insane and subdued him and brought him to Von Richten's tower before releasing him.
Went to search for the Tome of Strahd and found it on a tower of golden knight maidens.

Received a request from the Martikoff winery to retrieve a gem from a witch in ruins of Berezk
Went to Berezk to hut of Baba Lysaga to find the gem
Defeated Baba Lysaga, brought her house down and recovered the gem. Use Horn of Valhalla.
Searched the hut and found Lysaga's journal and her item hoard including: Oil of sharpness, Pipes of Haunting, Stone of Goodluck, Spell Scrolls of Mass Cure Wound and Revivify.
Spend two days at the winery to celebrate the return of the gem.
Travelled to Amber Temple. Used 1 4th level spell slot.

Party was ambushed by goblins when transporting goods to Phandalin but killed all of the goblins
Went to Phandalin and dropped off the goods at Barthen's Provisions
Went to the Inn, got rooms and got drunk
Went to the townmaster's hall, seen the 3 quests up and talked with Harbin Wester
Took the Umbrage Hill quest, went and killed the manticore and warned Adabra about the dragon
Went to dwarven excavation site and met with Norbus and Dazlyn, killed some Ochre Jellies

Party finished searching the Dwarven Excavation site
Was ambushed by orcs
Escorted Dalyn Grayshard and Norbus Ironrune to Phandalin
Took the Mountain Toe Gold Mine quest
Escorted Don-Jon to the mine
Realized it was inhabited by wererats
Helped Don-Jon and the miners reach an agreement with the wererats

Brought to Stygia by the valkyrie Sigrdi to help rescue the soul of her friend Bukwa
Reached the city of Tentalyn and did various tasks to discover the location of Bukwa, whose soul was nound to a staff in the bottom of the Stygian River.
(bonus objective) Infiltrated a tower to retrieve a tome and found a smoldering scale armor
Enlisted the help of sahuagin to get the location and dived into the river to retrieve the staff.
Betrayed by the sahuagin but fled as the shark god Sekolah swam through and devoured the sahuagin.
