Wand of pyrotechnics common DDHC00-DoIP Dragon of Icespire Peak Show
Clarion of Clarity (Ear Horn of Hearing) common CCC-PFF02-01 Mystery of the White Worm Show
Notes:

This bone colored device is made from natural ox horn. It is a foot long and has intricate carvings of clouds and stylized winds all along its bodice. A braided leather strap has been attached at each end for easy carrying.
While held up to your ear, this horn suppresses the effects of the deafened condition caused by weather conditions on you, allowing you to hear normally.

Pipe of Smoke Monsters common CCC-GSP01-02 Brotherhood Show
Notes:

This antique wooden pipe has an engraving on it in tiny halfling script, coiled around it that reads “Chillaxin’ ding-a-ling-a-ling”. The item acts as a normal Pipe of Smoke Monsters except when the words have been read out loud. While smoking this pipe and the engraved words have been read out loud, the letters faintly glow in green color. You can
then use an action to exhale a puff of smoke that takes the form of a naked halfling male that looks like Rudi, flexing his muscles, instead of any single creature such as a dragon, a flumph, or a froghemoth. The form must be small enough to fit in a 1-foot cube and loses its shape after a few seconds, becoming an ordinary puff of smoke.

Firam's Shadow (Cloak of Many Fashions) common CCC-MELB-01 A Single Tearfall Show
Notes:

While wearing this cloak, you can use a bonus action to change the style, color, and apparent quality of the garment. The cloak's weight doesn't change. Regardless of its appearance, the cloak can't be anything but a cloak. Although it can duplicate the appearance of other magic cloaks, it doesn't gain their magical properties.

This cloak was crafted from the shadow of the Archfey Firam. It was plucked and woven before the eyes of the characters and is glamoured to change its appearance at will.

Only a good-aligned character may calm the creature and claim the story reward.

You have earned the respect and thanks of a pegasus, a celestial denizen of the Upper Planes. For as long as you treat the creature with respect and stay true to the ideals that it embodies, it remains faithful to you and happily serves you as a mount.

While he is willing to wear barding, U'dehl refuses to wear heavy armor for fear that people won't be able to properly behold his magnificence. He is also adamant in being provided nothing but the best food and care. For so long as you retain U'dehl's services, you must maintain a lifestyle of no less than Wealthy.

If, at any time, you perform an evil act in its presence, you must immediately succeed at a DC 16 Charisma (Persuasion) check. If you fail, the pegasus leaves your service at its next available opportunity. The DM has discretion as to what constitutes an evil act and may assign advantage or disadvantage on the check based on the circumstances surrounding the act. The DC of this check increases by 1 each time you are forced to make it.

U'dehl is extremely haughty and vain, and constantly preens and grooms himself. His rather annoying shortcomings aside, however, he is steadfast in his loyalty.

Luckstone (Stone of Good Luck) uncommon Hobgoblin lair DDAL00-02b Lost Tales of Myth Drannor - The Weirding Vats Show
Notes:

While this stone is on your person, you gain a +1 bonus to ability checks and saving throws.
This stone is made of murky, green crystal and is set on a length of heavy, pig-iron chain—allowing it to be worn (albeit uncomfortably) around the wearer’s neck. As an action, the wearer can cause the stone to shed pale green light as a torch.
