DC 16: The high necromancers were able to trap monsters in interdimensional prisons made of mirrors. These were integrated into the defenses of the inner sanctum and trained to kill intruders. DC 18: Ythoraxhys, an ambitious warlock built the gate to the inner sanctum and its fortifications. She ingested a melted Qualith psi crystal in an experiment, but something went wrong and it changed her. DC20: Ythoraxhys became the guardian of the inner sanctum. Sometimes, she was overzealous, and the high necromancers had to remind her of her place in the necropolis.
