Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo features beautiful calligraphy, images of writing implements, and the like.
Tattoo Attunement.
To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears
on the skin. If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears in your space.
Magical Scribing.
While this tattoo is on your skin, you can write with your fingertip as if it were an ink pen that never runs out of ink. As an action, you can touch a pierce of writing up to one page in length and speak a creature’s name. The writing becomes invisible to everyone other than you and the named creature for the next 24 hours. Either of you can dismiss the invisibility by touching the script (no action required). Once used, this action can’t be used again until the next dawn.

While this stuffed doll is within 5 feet of you, you can spend a short rest telling it to say up to six phrases, none of which can be more than six words long, and you can set a condition under which the doll speaks each phrase. You can also replace old phrases with new ones. Whatever the condition, it must occur within 5 feet of the doll to make it speak. For example, whenever someone picks up the doll, it might say, “I want a piece of candy.” The doll’s phrases are lost when your attunement to the doll ends. This item has the Guardian property. The item whispers warnings to its bearer, Granting a +2 bonus to initative if the bearer isn’t incapacited.

This item is found in the Xanathar's Guide to Everything , pg. 139

This sequined dragon doll has an image of four harengons hugging each other inside a heart symbol. The word "Family" written in Sylvan can be seen below it. Reading the word out loud activates the doll.

Wondrous Item, Rare (requires attunement) An Ioun stone is named after Ioun, a god of knowledge and prophecy revered on some worlds. Many types of Ioun stone exist, each type a distinct combination of shape and color. When you use an action to toss one of these stones into the air, the stone orbits your head at a distance of 1d3 feet and confers a benefit to you. Thereafter, another creature must use an action to grasp or net the stone to separate it from you, either by making a successful attack roll against AC 24 or a successful DC 24 Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. You can use an action to seize and stow the stone, ending its effect. A stone has AC 24, 10 hit points, and resistance to all damage. It is considered to be an object that is being worn while it orbits your head. This item has the Harmonious property. Attuning to this item takes only 1 minute. This item is found in the Basic Rules, pg. 176 This Ioun stone was given to Afifi by their Father. He tells her that if they were ever to be apart, they just have to hold the stone close to their heart and they will feel their Father protecting them.
