Rebuild George as a Variant Human. Since George achieved his main goal since arriving in Chult (win a dino race), I added a bizarre necromatic ritual to his "back" story turn him in to a human. Major RP revise will continue to unfold as he lives as a human. Add medicine skill and sharpshooter feat. Move INT to 8 (he acts like INT 8 anyway). Change +1 book to XGE (yes that's legal in rebuild). Change from Hunter to Gloom Stalker. Change Favored Enemy from beasts to undead - beasts was a rebuild between 7-1 chapters after George finished last in a dino race! Change related language to Infernal. Drop Cure Wounds for Absorb Elements. Sell Light Crossbow, buy Hand Crossbow and 60 more bolts.
DM says 1320 since there's no errata for this season but I only claim 600 based on S6 guidance, plus his déjà vu

Remember in rebuild I could have taken scale vs. leather to start so retcon that. Lose 5 gp but then sell studded leather so net 17.5. Buy healer's kit. Net +12.5. Buy healer's kit, net -37.5. Then get 40 from adventure.
Acquire flaw "The Night Serpent Comes": “I’ve seen into the future. A future where the Night Serpent has come and devoured us all. Nothing matters anymore.” I have serious reservations about this flaw bumming other players out, and it's pretty harsh for a d20 roll. Rewriting this as nothing else matters anymore would be a lot better.
Favor of the Korantho Sprites: Get advantage on charisma checks w/ sprites. Get 3 doses of sprite poison (apply to weapon, DC 10 con save or target is poisoned for a minute.) RP George as "I'm broken and I know it" worked very well.
Rebuild to Fighter 1/Ranger 3. Get different item set and sell the hand crossbow George had, leather he gets from rebuild (instead of scale Ranger gets).

Get secret mission, potion of necrotic resistance. Mark off 50 gp to replace used healing potion and 3 gold for 80 bolts over last 2 adventures?
